Greek Recipes Dakos

CRETAN SALAD

“DAKOS”

Ingredients:
For 6 mini rusks:
500gr diced tomatoes
40gr chopped GREEK COUNTRY OLIVE MIX 6 mini rusks
120gr crashed feta cheese
6-7 tbsp 

MALVA EVOO


6 tbsp 

Greek Mixed Herbs & Spices


2 tbsp capers roughly chopped

4 tbsp Messino Red Wine Balsamic Vinegar

 

METHOD
✅ Moisten the rusks with a couple of tablespoons of water.

✅ Top with tomatoes, cheese, olives and capers.
✅ Mix olive oil and red wine vinegar together and drizzle over each rusk. Sprinkle on the greek spices and enjoy!
