Sweet Greek Orange Olive Oil Cake

Dry Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Pinch of Truly Greek Sea Salt

 Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Truly Greek 0.2 EVOO
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • Zest from 1 orange

Topping: (Optional)

  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Truly Greek 0.2 EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  • 2 teaspoons of orange juice



  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Spray the sides and line the bottom of a round 9" pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix ingredients together and whisk until blended.
  • Pour into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Check with toothpick. If it comes out clean it is ready. If batter sticks, let it bake a few minutes and repeat.
  • Poke holes in the top and drizzle topping. Dust with powder sugar.
