Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
- Pinch of Truly Greek Sea Salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup Truly Greek 0.2 EVOO
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- Zest from 1 orange
Topping: (Optional)
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons Truly Greek 0.2 EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 2 teaspoons of orange juice
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Spray the sides and line the bottom of a round 9" pan with parchment paper.
- Mix ingredients together and whisk until blended.
- Pour into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Check with toothpick. If it comes out clean it is ready. If batter sticks, let it bake a few minutes and repeat.
- Poke holes in the top and drizzle topping. Dust with powder sugar.
