- 3/4 cup Greek Red W!ne
- 5 slices of bread
- 1 tsp. fresh parsley
Directions:
- Soak bread in w!ne.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Shape into balls or small flat patties.
- Roll in flour and cook in hot oil until brown and cooked through.
- For a healthier version omit flour and broil on all sides until brown
and cooked through. Time varies on size and thickness.
