Greek Recipes Egg Salad




For 2 serves

2 hard-cooked eggs (plus 2 hard-cooked egg whites)
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon MALVA EVOO
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon  GREEK MIXED HERBS & SPICES  Kosher salt & black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice  

🥚 Peel the eggs and cut them into small cubes.
🥣 In a large bowl mix the yogurt, olive oil, mustard, salt, pepper, mixed herbs, lemon juice, and dill.
👨‍🍳 Add the eggs and stir to combine.
🍞 Serve on toasted bread and enjoy!
