Greek Recipes Local Pasta “Tsouxti”

OUR LOCAL PASTA

“TSOUXTI”

Ingredients(for 4 portions):

500gr spaghetti pasta
80ml MALVA EVOO
4 large eggs
200gr grated mizithra cheese 40gr butter
Salt Pepper

METHOD

✅ Fill a pot with salted water and let it boil. As soon as it comes to a boil, add the pasta and boil as specified on the packet’s instructions, and drain.
✅ In a large frying pan add the butter, 40ml of olive oil, the mizithra cheese and slowly cook until browned.
✅ Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
✅ Fry the eggs with the rest of the olive oil and sprinkle salt and black pepper.
👨‍🍳 Serve your pasta on 4 plates and garnish each with an egg, black pepper, and extra mizithra cheese
