Dressing: (Best if made the night before)
Directions:

Cook 16 oz. penne pasta as directed. Drain and put in a large bowl.

Add vegetables of your choice. For a warm pasta salad use zucchini instead of cucumbers.

Chop 1-2 English cucumber
- Dice 1 small red onion or a bunch of green onions
- Slice grape or cherry tomatoes in half
- Dice a red, yellow and green peppers

Slice 1/2 cup (or more) Truly Greek Country Olives
- Toss ingredients together with dressing. Sprinkle feta on top.
