GREEK PASTA SALAD
Dressing: (Best if made the night before)
- 3 tablespoons Truly Greek Herbs & Spices
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cup Truly Greek 0.2 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Truly Greek White Balsamic Vinegar
- Pinch of Truly Greek Sea Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions:
- Cook 16 oz. penne pasta as directed. Drain and put in a large bowl.
- Add vegetables of your choice. For a warm pasta salad use zucchini instead of cucumbers.
- Chop 1-2 English cucumber
- Dice 1 small red onion or a bunch of green onions
- Slice grape or cherry tomatoes in half
- Dice a red, yellow and green peppers
- Slice 1/2 cup (or more) Truly Greek Country Olives
- Toss ingredients together with dressing. Sprinkle feta on top.
