Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
- 1 teaspoon Truly Greek Herbs & Spices
- 1/2 teaspoon Truly Greek 0.2 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon Truly Greek Sea Salt and pepper
- 2 - 4oz. cod filets or other white fish
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat baking pan with cooking spray
- In a shallow bowl mix together the dry ingredients
- Coat fish filet with olive oil and lemon juice and dredge in breadcrumb mixture and place on a baking pan
- Cook for 18 minutes until fish is flaky and breadcrumbs are lightly browned.
