  • Whisk ingredients together. Marinade can be made in advance.
  • Cut 4lbs. of desired meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes. Marinade can be used for lamb, game, chicken, pork, beef, seafood or vegetables.
  • Coat meat in marinade. Let sit at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
  • Soak bamboo skewers in water or use metal skewers for best results. Alternate meat with diced peppers, onions and/or mushrooms.
  • Pre-heat grill to 400. Grill 5-10 minutes on each side.
