Our Story
Truly Greek was born on a warm Greek Summer, under the shade of olive trees in our Greek Village, Aghios Nikolaos, in 2018. Founders, Peter Marules and his cousin Kyriakos Maroulakos, desire to introduce the rich Mediterranean diet, taste, and feeling to food enthusiasts, all over the world. Culinary traditions, recipes, and products we grew up with, come from Greece to your table.

Olives are pressed within 1 to 4 hours of being picked from the tree, guaranteeing the best flavor and lowest acidity possible!

Once harvested, they are pressed immediately, within 1 and 4 hours to be exact, to reduce any unwanted acidity and preserve the olive’s freshness and develop an exquisite flavor profile.
History surrounds our family’s olive groves, as evident in the Byzantine ruins that grace the countryside throughout our village, but modern advances coexist with ancient traditions to produce a world-class product that honors the past while taking hold of the future. Malvasia
Malvasia aka Monemvasia is among the most famous municipalities in Lakonia. It is a well-known destination for its unique medieval castle, which is situated on the rock, and it is seen only by the sea. An old bridge connects the rock with the new town built later. Monemvasia in Greek means: “there is only one way to get in” (Mon’ – Emvasia). Poets and painters lived in the castle and when Greece was at war, it was a fortress. Our Village, Aghios Nikolaos refers to this municipality and it is 10klm distance from this amazing piece of our cultural heritage.
